There are some items damaged/missing from my order, what do I do?

If your order is incomplete, please bear in mind that orders over 24 cans will be sent out in multiple parcels and can sometimes arrive separately so please allow a little extra time before contacting us.

For damaged products, incomplete orders or despatched orders that don't arrive within the expected time period, please email info@northernmonk.com or call us on 0113 2436430, 9am - 5pm, 5 days a week.
