OLD FLAX STORE PROJECTS DENMARK BUNDLE

In 2014 we opened the doors to the Old Flax Store, a Grade II listed building that we found and renovated into the home of Northern Monk. We grew significantly in the years to follow, but the Old Flax Store remains the heart of the operation.

We launched the OFS Projects to celebrate the experimental, small-batch nature of brewing at OFS, creating limited releases that push the boundaries of brewing creativity and technique.

While the chefs and brewers of Denmark are undeniably forward-thinking, our trio of beers look back at Danish home comforts - with a Rødgrød flavoured imperial sour ale - as well as its brewing heritage with our take on Thisted Bryghus's Limfjordsporter - a deep, bitter, Baltic porter brewed with Liquorice in collaboration with @slowburnbrewing - and an Imperial homage to those early-modern European IPAs brewed in the West Coast style: kicking off a sequence of events that resulted in you reading this right now.
