How do I update my shipping address?

Any updates need to be made before midnight the day before payment is taken (19th), if you wish to change after this date please email patronssociety@northernmonk.com

To manage your Patrons Society subscription, log in to your account via the following link: northernmonkshop.com/account/login and click the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS tab on the right when using your phone or at the bottom of the page when using your computer. Click SHIPPING ADDRESSES to the top of the page and then the down arrow on the right, there is the option to edit under your current shipping address.

 

 

You must make shipping address changes via your MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS page, otherwise your Patrons Society box will not be delivered to the correct address.

This information needs to be changed before midnight the day before payment is taken (the 19th). After this, it may not be possible to amend the delivery address. Please contact patronssociety@northernmonk.com if you can’t access your customer portal correctly, or are still unsure.
