When do you despatch the Subscription Boxes?
On average all boxes are despatched towards the end of the month. The expected delivery date of your box will be confirmed shortly after your box has been despatched and you will be notified via email.
Once we have shipped your box you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number from DPD. If you have received notification that your parcel is delayed, please contact DPD in the first instance.
